COMMERCIAL VENDOR INFORMATION

OUR LADY OF FATIMA (OLF) INTERNATIONAL SPRINGFEST

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, and SUNDAY, MAY 18, 19 & 20, 2012

OLF International Springfest includes sales of “arts and crafts” and we are looking for a few good vendors to fill our commercial section. The Springfest is located on the grounds of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 2090 Pass Road Biloxi, MS. 39531(corner of Pass and Jim Money Roads next to the U.S. Post Office).

Spaces are 10X10 feet at a total fee of $90.00 for 3 days. All spaces have electrical hookups. Exhibitors must supply their own equipment (e.g. tents, chairs, tables, easels, lights, extensions cords, etc.) Space assignments will be available for pick-up after 9 am on May 18, 2012. Upon your arrival to Springfest, please sign-in with vendor coordinators who can be found under the large oak by the Parish Center to get your assigned space. If you will be arriving on Thursday evening, please let us know.

Operating hours are: FRIDAY – 4 pm to 11 pm; SATURDAY – 10 am to 11 pm; and SUNDAY – 11 am to 9 pm. Set up may begin as early as 9 am on Friday, and all vendors should be prepared to begin sales by 4 pm. Vendor’s vehicles

must be removed from the pedestrian area by 3:30 pm on Friday. Late arrivals will not be able to bring their goods in by vehicle but must carry items to their space. Parking and self-contained camper/motor homes sites are available on property adjacent to the Springfest grounds. There are no water/sewer or electrical hook ups available.

The OLF International Springfest has many draws for your customers. The Springfest has had wide coverage on local news and in newspapers. We are also listed on event websites for our area. During the Festival we have LIVE ENTERTAINMENT on stage throughout the day on all three days which will include both professional and local groups. Fans and families who travel with these groups also add to our customer base.

We have a large TRAVELING CARNIVAL on the property on the eastside of the church grounds and the adjacent property with roller coasters, carousals, ferris wheels, twisters, screamers, a great midway and much more.

Our famous INTERNATIONAL FOOD COURT is always a big draw located in the center of the activities just west of the Parish Center.
